The client, an American professional, has settled down in Taiwan for years. He has high demands for housing quality and living aesthetics, and also enjoys having friends for a banquet or stay. In this project, we participated early when the architecture construction still on going, so we had a chance to redesign the entire layout and had the developer to build it as the way we want. It will save client much time and money.

The riverside location brings the concept of breezing. It creates the flowing open space and bright light color scheme that recalls client's Miami life experience. The flat is precious due to its wonderful scenery and high quality life away form the urban crowd.
