業主家庭成員為一對夫妻，一個兒子及一位媽媽。習慣三代同堂的家庭，新買的舊成屋，有兩層樓，考慮生活機能及動線，我們將家庭主要的生活區域放在樓下，並且把娛樂和休閒的機能空間規劃在樓上，包含一個客房，視聽室和佛堂，花園。業主個性外向，生活簡樸，並且喜歡生活情趣，除了保留大片的花園供休憩之外，其他空間的設計要點都已生活機能為主，並去掉大部分的裝飾元素，以純白噴漆和石英磚搭配的空間，加上間接光線的營造，給空間更多的想像，加成了家具和家庭成員的舞台，而不是只是房間的堆積。

Owner is a three-generation family, bought an existing flat with two floors. Taking into consideration the functions and circulation, we place the major living area downstairs, including living, dining and three bed rooms. Upstairs is only for recreation use, with a home theater and two roof gardens. The client is an outgoing person with a simple lifestyle. Except reserving the roof garden for relaxation, we keep the rest space simply white without too much decorative element, but only stylish furniture pieces to lead the imagination of living.
